In the aspect of Capital:
| The “Aboriginal Tourism Industry Incubator Center” was established to promote business creating in the aboriginal tourism industry. The Center integrates the existing equipments and further replenishes the professional facilities and educational sites. |
1. Existing equipments integration:
Courses conducted with the professional equipments achieve remarkable success. For example, the Internet marketing courses were given in multi-media studio and fictitious film studio while the professional abilities and skills classes were conducted in language studio, geographical information classroom, Chinese and Western cooking classroom, baking classroom, drink blanding classroom, campus hotel, East Taiwan Travel Center for International Youths, Tour Guiding classroom and fit center. |
2. Professional incubation guidance room establishment:
Cooresponding to the five main aboriginal tourism fields, “B&B guidance room,” “Eco-tourism guidance room,” “Agriculture specilities marketing guidance room,” “Specialized meal guidance room” and “handicrafts guidance room” were set up in the Center. The B&B guidance team had guided and directed locally and the teams of specialized meal guidance and handicrafts guidance had finished the final result publish. |
3. Administrational equipments supports:
Multi-media Conference room and Library Information room were added and administration-used equipments were purchased to meet the needs of the projects. At the mean time, the books and apparatuses had been purchased and maintained by specialized personnel. The equipments were operated well. |

In the aspect of Currents:
| The spending was mainly distributed in instructing fees, working pays and material fees. Combining the professional faculty of Taiwan Hospitality and Tourism College (T.H.T.) in tourism, food & beverage, marketing, finance, and human resources and considering the government policy and local characteristics, the courses were planned with the focus of conducting technical trainings of agricultural specialties, handicrafts, specialized meals, B&B, marketing and eco-tourism. |
| Furthermore, according to the project of “Tribal Industry Integration Development” from Aboriginal Council in Administration Yuan, the “training-applying” incubation courses were conducted for directing subjected industries of tribal special landscape, therapy and recreation. Finally, the Center imitated the mode of Taipei aboriginal business consultant and provide the following guidance and measures: |
| (4) Business Creating Consulting Service Line was opened for ansering questions related to aborigines create business. |
| (5) Provide the long-term maintaining and tracking for the guidance results of aborigianl enterprices. |
| (6) Regularly visiting aboriginal tribes and communities, collecting suggestions of the aboriginals for problems and resolutions of aboriginal enterprices and references to future planning. At the moment, the Center had directed business creating team from T.H.T., Souling, and Fenglin and also completed the result publish . |
Six incubation guidance classes:
1.
Specialized meal class:
The class combined the special food culture of the aboriginals, professional faculty and industry specialists. The first training phase and the final result publish had been conducted. |
2.
B&B business creating class:
The course integrated the east environments which are richly endowed by nature for B&B development and the professional resources from Tourism bureau of Hualien County and Taiwan Province B&B Development Association. The course of B&B management and operation had been given in the school. |
3.
B&B management class:
With the vigorous development of B&B in South Hualien, the Center cooperated with Yushan National Park and tribal workshops to conduct the B&B management course in Nan An Tourist Information Center. |
4.
Eco-tour class:
Cooperating with Wilderness Association, the course was to direct the aboriginals how to live sustainably in the last Elysium in Taiwan and how to develope Eco-tour. The class had been given as planned. |
5.
Handicrafts class:
Coolaborating with Shoushan Church, the handicraft course was successfully conducted with the aim of living with the arts. The creating products made by participants decorated T.H.T. with dimensional and abundant aboriginal arts. |
6.
Tourism business-creating class:
The Center connected to the professional faculty of the Incubator Center of National Dong-Hua University for tourism business-creating class. The purpose of the course is to assist participants, who possess skills but cannot apply, to start business. The class had been conducted successfully. |

Continuing Works:
| In order to expand the guiding objectives and obtain the maximum resources, the Center are actively continuing on the following works: |
| 1. Collaborating with the Incubator Center of National Dong-Hua University and conducting guidance and training according to the different specialties of each other. |
| 2. Actively looking for cooperating industries for business interacting and local resources integrating. |
| 3. The center was included in the new established department, “Technique and Skill Cooperation Department,” for upgrading the early research and development abilities and enhancing the accomplishments by operation with the industry and the academics. |
